For buyers, this means you can shop both badges as one pool.
What’s the difference between the Salem Villa and the Salem Grand Villa?
The Villa is the base series and the Grand Villa is the upper trim tier. The Grand Villa adds enhanced interior heights, taller ceilings, and elevated finish work. Floorplan footprints overlap heavily, so the decision usually comes down to whether the extra headroom and finish are worth the price step.
Can you actually tow one of these?
Yes, but rarely. A destination trailer is 40 feet or more and built to sit on one site for a season or longer. It is towable for delivery and the occasional move, not for traveling. If you want to move often, a destination trailer is the wrong category.
Do I need a 50-amp hookup?
Plan on it. These units assume 50-amp service to run their oversized appliances, and they need a long, level pad. Confirm your site can provide both before you buy; a pad and pedestal that handled a smaller trailer may not be ready for one of these.
Can you live in a Salem Villa full-time?
Many owners use them for extended seasonal living, and they are built with residential furnishings and full-size appliances that make that comfortable.
